FAQ- Shipping & Returns
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped from our office, you will receive an email notification with shipment updates. Please also check your junk email. This email will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order. Please note, you will not get tracking information for standard Canada Post delivery within Canada.
There may be additional shipping delays due to high volume orders.
We use both Canada Post and UPS to ship orders. Please refer to your shipment confirmation email to find which carrier we've used to ship your order. You can visit www.canadapost.com or www.ups.com/ca to receive updated shipping information and notifications.
What are your delivery options?
Orders ship Monday to Sunday, excluding Canadian federal holidays.
Canadian Shipping | FREE Standard shipping
Estimated delivery within 2 - 7 business days.
International Shipping | C$29.95
UPS will deliver within 5 - 7 business days.
Express Shipping | C$19.95
Estimated delivery within 2 - 4 business days.
Please request express shipping in the comments once your items in the cart. A representative will contact you to confirm if express shipping is possible.
* Time in transit will vary based on destination postal code. Newfoundland orders may have an additional 1-2 day delivery times due to additional touchpoints with the carrier. There may be additional delays for remote territories in the northwest and Yukon territories and Nunavut.
• Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (although can be used for billing addresses)
• We use both Canada Post and UPS to ship orders, please refer to your shipment confirmation email on which carrier we use to ship your order.
• NOTE: all orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery.
What is your returns policy?
To qualify for a return:

Item(s) must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage

Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box and pouch included)

No individual item of a set can be returned for a refund, store credit and/or size exchange and must be returned as a complete set.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no refunds or exchanges on FINAL SALE items.
Returns by Mail:

Contact Lucky Aura by email at info@luckyaura.ca indicating the quantity, item and reason for your return(s).

A return form will be sent to you with an attached Canada Post pre-paid shipping label. Securely pack your item(s) along with your Return Form. Attach the included Canada Post pre-paid shipping label on the outside of the package. If you did not receive a pre-paid shipping label, please contact us at 1- 647-987-6234 to have one sent to you

Drop off at your nearest Canada Post location where you can receive a tracking number for your return package. You will NOT be charged for return shipping within Canada. International returns will require payment for return shipping.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 - 5 business days for processing.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable. It can take up to an additional 3 - 5 business days for funds to be credited to your account.
